Hi All,
We're about to file a small claim against NSI based on a demand letter we sent
this summer.
Our claim is for the excess and unwanted fees paid to NSI while they held our
domains hostage, i.e., disallowed transfers without due notice.
Now, they've even denied transfers on four domains on 3:30 am on the due date
-- although the transfer requests came to them no later than the the day
prior. NSI didn't even ask.. they just denied the transfer status. It is
interesting to note all other domains that were acknowledged that day were
released 7 hours later. The point: those denied transfer status would have
been released on the due date if we were permitted. We're added this to our
damage claim.
Has anyone filed an action against NSI? Are details available?
