The same way they do it now. I've had four rejects of transfers of
unexpired domains in the last two weeks, one of them twice, and NO
successful transfers. They simply claim not to have received the
requests.
The system needs to be changed so that when the transfer request is
given to the registrar, a receipt is generated.
