Actually, that would be a very difficult excuse for them to use since the
registry will let a transfer go through if the registrar does not
specifically decline it. The reject is all the proof you need to show
that netsol did indeed receive the transfer requests.

Netsol's normal excuse is that they didn't receive a timely reply to the
confirmation message that they really aren't supposed to be sending but
they do anyway to make it as painful as possible for people that don't
want to be their customers to stop being their customers.
