About 2-3 weeks ago we sent an email out to all resellers that had
applicants file an ip claim but no corresponding domain name application
(dna). Did you receive this email?

we had a client what did his own IP claim .biz and told us to finish it.
So we put an application for it, but the client used the wrong email
address.
Now the problem is that we/they do not receive any emails affraid that the
IP claim was for nothing, because the final step was not done (yet). We
wrote already to Neulevel, but they did not respond.
In the whois we see the status for the name as:
