NIC tracking number for transfer?

Hi,
A client transfered successfully one month ago a domain name from netsol to
tucows.
Today, since 15 days, netsol wants to charge the client, telling that the
domain is always under netsol.
Actually Netsol asks for NIC tracking number of this domain name.
Anybody knows how to do for getting this NIC tracking number? Is this th
order number?
