As I understand it, this can't be done. There is a
one-to-one match between name server names and IP addresses.
One name to an address, and one address to a name. IIRC,
this is enforced at the registry level.

Is it possible to have multiple logical nameservers at the same physical
nameserver location if these are in different TLDs?

(names and IP addresses tweaked to protect the guilty) and is having
problems doing so.

ns2.mydomain.co.uk 209.10.10.2

ns2.mydomain.com 209.10.10.2
I'm not sure this is even legal.
