Hi Michael, this has been a problem since day one. According to support you must wait for the transfer to time out and reprocess it etc.

  Subject: transfer problems

Hello all this if FYI in case you run across it,
This problem has just come to my attention and I have notified support. (Sunday evening)

A client of mine tried to transfer a domain FROTZ.COM (not real name)

when he attempted the transfer the admin email was out of date.

he has updated the admin email address - the correction is showing up in the whois.

but my RWI still wants to resend the transfer request to the old email address.

Which means if you have customers who updated their email address after the initial transfer request to allow transfers to go through and you then resent the request via the RWI they may not have received the message from you.

Just another end user support issue that we all need to be aware of.

Hope everybody had a wonderful New Year Celebration. :)
