What is going on with this? My domain: shoutradio.net came back with this
yesterday:
"Because your intent to Change the Registrar of your domain name,
SHOUTRADIO.NET, to Tucows, Inc. was not confirmed, Network
Solutions/Verisign has instructed the Registry not to change the Registrar."
However, the system shows this:
