Still something wrong with https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/

There is still something wrong with the DNS (or something) for
https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/.

I know it was suggested to not use that URL any more, but it's in the
transfer approval messages that go to customers:

  https://rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/transfers/index.cgi

Try reloading that page about ten times and you'll see it fails about one
in four times (and is extremely slow the others, but maybe that's just
me).
