I read the same contact and get something completely different. (I guess
that's why we have lawyers.)
Anyway, there is no mention of why there is a grace period, only that there
is one. There is also no mention of what can (beyond delete, renew or
transfer) and can't be done in that time period. The only thing beyond doubt
is that TUCOWS has been charged money, and the name isn't available to any
other registrar. I would say that gives TUCOWS freedom and control.........
at least for 45 days.
