Please dont confuse IP Claims with domain name applications. IP Claims do
not guarantee that the name will be awarded to the applicant of the IP
Claim. This is a completely seperate process from the domain name
application. To my understaning, NeuLevel stated that IP Claims were
allowed to be filed using common law trademarks. This was acceptable for
.biz, but not for the .info Sunrise registrations.
