So, the README for 2.0.1-multiDNS says it will be integrated in
2.2... the mailing list archives for 2000 say "in the new year",
and as of May 2001, "coming soon".

Has anyone done a patch for 2.48?

I haven't looked very closely, but I don't think the sourceforge
version supports this either?
