transfers away from namesecure?

Hi,

Has anyone managed to transfer a domain away from Namesecure
before? If so, was there anything special that you needed to do?

I've got a friend who is the admin contact of a domain and has
approved the OpenSRS side of the transfer, but the transfer
is still "Pending Registry Approval" and has been for 3 days now.

Will it just timeout after a certain number of days and default
to allowing the transfer?
