Just read the latest Reseller Update and don't quite understand how this is going to
work:

If we tell our clients that they can apply for "these" names again I expect orders not
only from the "old" clients for the "old" names but also for "new" names. How should our
clients know what an "affected" name would be if you don't publish a list of these names?
And how should we know?
