you can transfer your CORE-TotalNIC domains to another CORE registrar (such
as Joker) and TotalNIC cannot block the transfer, because CORE initiates and
approves these resller-to-reseller transfers at their registrar level.
and once the domain is with Joker, Joker will allow you to transfer it
farther away, to OpenSRS frinstance.
