I had no problems transferring my domain once I provided them with a a
photocopy of my drivers licence and a notarized document stating that
I was the domain owner. In Australia most JPs are not public notaries.
I contacted the Law Institute here in Melbourne and was given the name
of a solicitor who was a notary and who notarized the document for a
$25 fee.
