Hi,
I've been exchanging emails with your tech support with replies
being very sparse from OpenSRS side.
Here is my problem.
There are Names set to AUTO renew on our a/c. These names were NOT set
to auto renew, yet they are getting renewed without our permission.
When i go to RWI to check which names will auto renew, it shows me ZERO!
whereas, the email notification has names setup to auto renew.
As a default, the OpenSRS script on our end have AUTO-RENEW set to false
when a new name or transfer takes place.
This auto renew is depleting our $ balance a/c and names which are
suppose to be deleted or transferred out are being renewed.
Are others having this problem?
