No no....
IF the name is already expired, AND IF you have to renew it before NSI will
let you transfer away....THEN you must wait until AFTER 45 days in order to
make sure that your clients don't get the year that they paid for removed.
If you have three months until they expire....hurry :)

They expire roughly in 3 months (I don't know exactly yet) And I thought it

Just whatever you do, make sure that you DON"T transfer any names to us
that are expired, and that you have to renew explicitly for the purpose of
transferring away. Well, certainly DO transfer these to us, but wait until
45 days AFTER the domains expiry date in this year or your client will lost
the year that they paid for at Verising.
As to bulk/groups/individual...I have no insight.
