People aren't reading the e-mail; they're seeing the word "password" on
the transfer approval Web page and putting in the "password" they chose
on the signup form, which is a perfectly reasonable mistake to make.
So changing the e-mail text isn't going to solve the problem (and might
make it worse; it's confusing enough as it is). I wouldn't bother with it
if you aren't going to change the word "password" in the e-mail and on
the page.
