.biz Round Robin - 2002

So how does the .biz Round Robin work from the resellers perspective?
I've read the web page at http://www.opensrs.org/dotbiz_roundrobin.shtml
and understand the overall process - I'm just not clear with the
reseller process.

Do our customers use the standard order interface for these .biz
domains?

Will there be a change to the RWI to support these for manual order
entry?

Do you (other resellers) charge your customers when they submit their
application for a domain, or when the domain is granted to them.

We did not participate in the last round, so I'm a bit in the dark here.

Any help in understanding the process will be appreciated.
