Still awaiting clarification on this from the registry...but the process
*should* be that resellers will have approximately 7 days to place funds in
their account for successful registrations.
I should have an answer by end of day.

will the account at Tucows pre-charged for all applications
f.ex. 1000 biz domains = 1000 x $US 20.00 precharge
and do we have to put the funds on the account or
will there be (I hope I remember right) a few days after the
registration result we will be able to put the founds for successful
registrations only ( f.ex. 2 of 1000 biz applications successful = 2 x $US
20.00)

How much does the new process cost?
Tucows is not collecting any fees for domain name applications
submitted during the Round Robin selection process. For any
domain name application that is selected for registration during
the selection process, Tucows will charge resellers a $10.00 annual
registration fee per registered domain name.
