Got a customer that bought a .info (spencers.info) a while ago (standard purchase - not landrush pre-reg or anything - no claim etc) . He has updated the info via Manage and if I check the info is all updated. However it still isn't updated in the public whois.
Am I missing something - why wouldnt the whois update if there is no claim and the domain isn't locked ?
