Hi All,

I have a pal who has an important doamin with Namecheap and can't renew. It
expires TOMORROW and they may well have a "sudden death" policy, i.e. it may
delete in the next few days.

Does anyone know what to do if this company is defunted and he needs to move
or have some other Registrar take over control? He's tried to move to Bulk but
they were unsuccessful thus far.
