Blocking their Internet access to you isn't going to stop them from
sending their snail mail notices to your customers. Remember they are
using the postal service not e-mail.

Also note that doing so will make it so your customers will not receive
the tip-off e-mail (as mentioned below) that their domain has been
transferred and it may take longer for your customer to realize they've
been scammed.
