I posted a message about this to the discuss list about 10 hours ago. It
was happenning 99% of the time then. About 5 hours ago it had improved to
less than 5% problems. This is a problem at the .biz registry.
Here's another interesting error from the .biz registry earlier tonight:
Failed to read from server [class java.io.InterruptedIOException]
[Read timed out]
