RE: OpenSRS changes admin contact email without RSP approval?

afaik the RSP is not notified (and historically has not been) but we do not
send the password once the change is made, the user must contact you anyway
to complete the process.

I will speak to the folks that handle these changes and see if there can be
an extra step added to the process.
