The stated policy WAS that a fax needed to have the signatures of the
registrant AND the RSP. I don't know if the stated policy was ever
enforced - the only time I ever had to change a customer's email I had them
fax their request to me, and then I annotated it and faxed it on to OpenSRS.
I didn't know it was an option for me to step back and let OpenSRS take care
of the end user (actually I thought it was OpenSRS policy NOT to deal
directly with the registrant unless the RSP failed to do so).
I really don't care what the policy is - I just want it to be documented and
followed by everyone involved.
