Hi All

2 days back one of our client registered a ".co.uk" domain. It wend in the
pending order list and we both received e-mails about this registration.

I went to the RWI and clicked to register from Pending Orders ...

Then I went to Account Information and found that USD 13 was on hold for the
"New Domain Registration in Progress".

Just now after receiving complain from the client I realised that neither we
nor the customer has received the confirmation e-mail.

When I am looking at RWI I am surprised to note that this domain is not at
all registered.

If any one can help ... what can be the possible reasons. We have even not
received any confirmation e-mail nor any deny e-mail and the domain is still
available to be registered.
