I have a customer who is trying to pre-register the .us domain name
xxxxxxx.wv.us. This is not working of course, as "."s are not permitted
in a domain name, and this looks like a delegated .us domain.
What's the process going to be for delegated domain names in the future?
I know that existing domain names will be preserved, but will these
locality-based domain names be available as well for new registrations?
Through what mechanism?
