It's really quite ridiculous. This is the second time with some of the same
names that they tried to transfer to us last year and ended up having to pay
NS instead. It's a big corp & person with admin email isn't always available
to okay confirmations, domain person isn't part of billing dep't so don't
know if they have been renewed or not with NSI this time around... I don't
want to transfer them prematurely and have them lose their year if they did
pay NSI. OTOH, if they're not quite expired *yet* and I wait 45 days, they
may expire in the meantime and fail transfer and they will still have to pay
NSI again!
