These new no transfers away from Verisign within 45 days or 60 day rules
were never agreed to buy Verisign's customers last time they renewed.
The terms of a contract cannot be changed to extend past the original
date without a new agreement. How can these new Terms be enforced. I
have many customers that feel cheated By Verisign since they will be
forced to renew a higher price. It's time for a class action suit maybe
even enforcement of RICO laws here in the US.
