.biz does not update their database in "near real-time" like .info does, and
is not an appropriate tool for domain availability. They even state this in
their whois output:
NOTE: FAILURE TO LOCATE A RECORD IN THE WHOIS DATABASE IS NOT INDICATIVE
OF THE AVAILABILITY OF A DOMAIN NAME.
