We're working on the error message... however

This means that the "Registry Agent" (RA), which is the component that
speaks to each supplier (there's an RA for each supplier), is not running.
Either it crashed (which is quite rare since the components in our system,
for the most part, are stable) or the registry was unreachable so the RA's
(fail safe) went offline. You should not be experiencing this now.

If you do experience problems such as this, you should contact support right
away, and if it's prolonged, then you should contact emergency support (via
Support FAQ)
