If you believe a domain has improper contact information our compliance
department can help out (for OpenSRS sponsored names, of course) - other
registrars are responsible for maintaining accurate whois records for their
registrants.
Also, we prefer not to delete - if there's no reason for it, simply allowing
the domain to expire (and then delete) should suffice. For legal reasons we
can delete domain names.
