.biz Landrush II with trademark / when will we be able to change nameservers

Hello,

does anybody know when we will be able to change the nameservers
for biz Landrush II with trademark claim domains?

Are these domains still locked by the registry?

I get the error [5010] when I try to change the nameservers.
(domain is NOT locked)
