How do I know, when the stop filing window will expired?
And how do I get information about the status of a domain?

In the whois there is no direct information listed.
However I found 3 different types of 'secret messages', but I do not
know about its meaning:

Domain is MANAGEABLE:
>Created by Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.
>Last Updated by Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.

Domain is NOT MANAGEABLE yet:
>Created by Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.
>Last Updated by Registrar: NEULEVELCSR

Domain is NOT MANAGEABLE yet:
>Created by Registrar: TUCOWS, INC.
>Last Updated by Registrar: STOPCSR

Does anybody know what does it mean:
- NEULEVELCSR
- STOPCSR (obviously something to do with STOP - window still open?)

Thank you in advance
