Historically, this means that for all the domains you receive, you'll
need money to cover them in your account.
If you expect a 10% hit rate, fund at 10% of your total.
The rub comes, of course, if you fund at 10% and then receive 15% of
your applications...

at http://resellers.tucows.com/opensrs/info/dotinfo_landrush2
OpenSRS wirtes: "Money to cover all LR2 applications must be in Reseller account by 5:00pm EDT, June 26, 2002 "
What does this mean exactly:
F.ex. I will submit 2000 domain names Will I have to put 2000 x $20 = $40.000 additionally to my account?
Seems to be not very good, because f.ex at .us registrations, only 10% of my applications have been successfull.
And even if the billing department is very compliant and quick in refunding, all users from outside the US risks to lose quite a lot of money because of exchange rates dropping. (like at .us registrations)
For .info LR2 I expect even less success for registrations.
Wouldn't there be a possibility to ask for f.ex. 10% of application and full payment immediately after successfull registration (f.ex 5 days) (Probably nobody will have to make any additional payments)
