.biz B2 with IP claim still not resolving

I registered a .biz domain in the B2 round which had an open IP claim.

I thougt that it will resolve in the DNS 30 days after registration. The
registration Date in the whois database is Wed Mar 27 00:01:00 GMT 2002.

Why is it still not resolving?
