I remember a very similar discussion about this a couple years ago... The
COM/NET/ORG registry expires domains at 12:00:00AM, for example:

> Domain Registration Date: Fri Apr 26 15:43:26 GMT 2002
> Domain Expiration Date: Mon Apr 26 00:00:00 GMT 2004

Whereas other registries expire domains at 23:59:59PM the day before.
The difference here is only ONE SECOND, but at a glance could appear as
one day.
