CERT renew EMAIL

One of the first Cert's we sold is coming up for renewal and the
customer just told me Entrust had all ready contacted them by email. Is
there a custom renewal email setting we need to use instead of having
Entrust market to our customers. While the email said to contact your
reseller it only listed tucows.

To renew this certificate you will need to contact the organization through
whom you originally purchased the certificate (your reseller), purchase a
new registration code, verify it in the space provided on
https://www.certificateregistration.com, select "Renew Your Web
Certificate", and follow the instructions provided.
If you are not sure of the identity of your reseller or how to contact them,
please contact certrenew@tucows.com to facilitate contact.
