Hrm...that means the .biz registry isn't responding (or our bits that talk
to the registry are sick)...
I nameserver was already there when I tried so I figured you managed
to get it through (or someone on your behalf) - if you DO get these
errors frequently and it's impacting your ability to register
domains, you should notify our emergency support. Note - .biz was slow,
but it did respond.
