Send me the domain offlist and I'll look into it.

Oh, and BTW, it didn't show up anywhere. It's almost as if it never
completed at Tucows.

Well, I guess I didn't mean transfer *complete*.
I was referring to the email the Osrs system sends showing the
transaction.
Same as if it were a new registration.

If it was just a few minutes ago, it would be In Progress. I don't
think a transfer would happen that fast for you to get a 'Transfer Complete'
so quickly. THOUGH, LISTEN TO THIS!! Last NSI-Tucows transfer we did took
only 3 days ! :o)

Subject: Phantom Transfer
Hi, has anyone seen this one before?
It looks like a user attempted to transfer a domain from
Register.Com a few minutes ago.
The transfer made it through the scripts all the way up to the end
apparently, because our system
processed the credit card authorization, and sent the appropriate
emails out (which is inserted between
verify.html, and action="register" in reg_system.cgi), but I'm
showing nothing in the RWI, and I didn't receive the "domain
registration complete" email from the OpenSRS system like we
normally do.
Anyone have any ideas on this one? When I do a whois on the domain,
I see there was an update
by RCOM about an hour prior to the transfer attempt.
Strange...
