Granted, he should drink a sud on the phone with them and ask them to remove
it. BUT, it is a waste to pay an attorney to have agreements removed. Too
much money and trouble to prove who wrote the agreement. Do you realize how
many agreements are on the net, and how many that may appear copied really
aren't. This is the internet, and it is a whole new world of it's own... ;0>
