Can someone help with getting access to my nameserers

I am the webmaster of a site. Recently, our original host was purchased (the original host setup via Tucows/Open SRS) the nameserver.

I recently signed up to host our site with a new host. I contacted the current host and they said since I am the technical contact (last month we updated the contacts and I've only been the technical contact for that long) can change the nameserver. I've email OpenSRS with no response, I don't have the login information to login and change the nameservers, and now I am stuck!
