in this case OpenSRS should have replied to you
that you need to contact the reseller responsible for your domain.

they have a legal obligation to send it to the admin contact
Sheri Crowe <sheri@desertstreamsdesign.com>

if you don't get an answer from
Compass Communications Inc <hostmaster@ccom.net>
you just need to send an email to OpenSRS.net compliance
http://resellers.tucows.com/enduser/enduser_faq
explaining this and they will talk to them on your behalf,
and if the reseller still does not send you the username/password,
Tucows will help you directly.

kind regards philippe

I contacted the current host and they said since I am the technical contact (last month we updated the contacts and I've only been the technical contact for that long) can change the nameserver. I've email OpenSRS with no response, I don't have the login information to login and change the nameservers, and now I am stuck!
