.name and manage

This might be a very stupid question, but I am completely lost with how to
deal with .name domains in real time and manage.
API docs are more or less clear as far as registering... but not clear at
all about manage.

I mean, how are they managed, do we need to incorporate the latest
manage.cgi, will there be a new one soon.... etc
Any links or help would be gratefull.
