The RWI is available now only to pend orders (you can unpend these when
the registry goes live at 7am EDT)
As for the address, it's assumed by the name you purchase. For example,
if you get mark.mallett.name, your forward will be mark@mallett.name - the
registry only allows you to have the email address that corresponds to
your name (so if you get mark.mallett.name, you CANNOT have
mallett@mark.name as your email - you'll need to purchase
mallett.mark.name instead)
