Got this from the registry (about 25 minutes ago, apologies for the delay)
Please be advised that the planned Registry SRS
maintenance started at 1600 UTC and was successfully
completed at 1655 UTC for .BIZ and 1753 UTC for .US.
There was a delay for the .us bit, so it affected other bits :)
