Re: .ca registration failure

That has been a bone of contention for me ever since CIRA took over. It used
to be that I could register a .ca under the name Doctor PC, but under CIRA's
rules, I can only register a name under "something similar to, but not equal
to, Brian O'Donnell". So, neither my company, which always owned the name,
nor I, whom CIRA doesn't recognize as an individual, can register a .ca.
Until CIRA changes its rules, I am forced to "make something up".
