No... that was the old rules. I have had this discussion with CIRA (and, I
believe, this list) many times. Under CIRA's rules, no registered company
may register a .ca; only a corporation. You may, however put <individual's
name> dba <non-incorporated company name>, but in the case where the
person's name is not recognized as an individual, that won't work either.
BTW.... my domain name is registered under Doctor PC, but I keep getting
told to change it. After the first notice, I made that attempt, only to find
that CIRA didn't like my name either. So I have left it alone. They keep
threatening, but nobody has done anything about it yet.
